Swisspol Capital PLC is an investment holding that functions on the principles of venture capital. Swisspol Capital began its activity in May 1999. Until October 2004 it had functioned as a limited liability company. In the initial period of its activity the company mainly dealt with investments on the regulated stock market.
In 2001 the company started carrying investment activity that involved taking over considerable share packages or participating in profitable return-on-capital projects. Swisspol Capital invests its own capital as well as independently administers and manages investments of different kinds.
In February 2007 holding purchased Diagnosis shares, which resulted in significant increase of our company’s capital.
