Disposable, sterile lancets for pinpoint skin punctures to collect capillary blood samples.

For use with the OPTILET MINI/Optilet Pro lancet.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL:

1. Wash your hands with soap and warm water, then dry them thoroughly.
2. Choose the puncture spot.
3. Insert the lancet into the lancing device
4. Remove the protective cap (Figs. 1 and 2).
5. Puncture the skin.
6. Measure the glucose level according to the manual of glucose meter and clean the puncture spot.
7. Replace the protective cap, remove the lancet from the lancing device and dispose of the lancet to a proper container.

WHY SHOULD YOU REPLACE YOUR LANCET?

• Minimizes the risk of infection
• Allows for easier blood sample collection
• Reduces pain

CAUTION:

5. Keep the lancets out of the reach of children.
6. Be careful when using a lancet to avoid injury to yourself or others.
7. Do not reuse the lancet.
8. The protective cap guarantees the sterility of the lancet. Do not use lancet if the protective cap is damaged.
9. Do not store the lancet in the lancing device.
10. The reuse of the same lancet by third parties may cause a risk of microbiological infection.
